Vegas Graphics Releases Complaints/Scam Beta via Net Justice Project

The application is geared towards monitoring opted-in companies over the internet and reporting social abuse, online slandering, and falsified internet malicious post

Las Vegas, Nevada – The world wide web is full of thousands of sites that cater to providing information about companies, organizations and persons; some of these sites also give their visitors an opportunity to post reviews, complaints, or testimonials regarding their experience with a company, organization, or person. These online review websites can stem from complaint forums, scam directories or nearly any site that allows visitors to comment. While most of these sites provide an excellent service in providing an insight to the person, place, product or service; the information posted by the visitor(s) is not always true and sometimes merely meant as a personal retaliation without merit or an attempt to falsely slander competition.

While many of these scam report sites, review forums, and advocacy reporting agencies offer a great service to keep the public aware of companies performing fraudulent activity, bait and switch, and general bad business practices; in most cases none of these review sites investigate there users postings to verify if the validity of the written reviews are true. Under the law, these complaint or review portals are nearly exempt from requiring their users to provide tangible proof of their online postings. This process unfortunately allows the ability for public abuse, false slandering, and unwarranted allegations to spread throughout the internet; allowing the unsuspected company, organization or individual to suffer unjust defamatory damages to their reputation. Though these complaint sites are not initially under any obligation to disclose the bloggers information; the company or person suffering false, fabricated, misleading, or slanderous remarks may be entitled to pursue their own investigation to expose the falsified postings author via a court ordered subpoena; every computer, email address, and/or internet software that exist has a virtual imprint, whether it be through an IP address, ISP's network route, proxy server, or computers internal serial identifier. Even if a user makes an anonymous post, these network identifiers are often traceable to a person, place, social network, email account or geographical location. Negative reviews are rarely removed from the internet; however by taking the right steps through the direction of a qualified attorney or using proper recourse, the possibility of exposing the identity or source of the malicious poster may open the possibility for you to regain justice and possible damages.

Net Justice serves to thoroughly monitor your organizations name throughout the internet. By pin-pointing the sites and pages that contain written submissions about you or your company in an easy to read detailed form that offers automated email alerts as well as providing an intuitive online report interface that allows you to easily login and manage your sites third-party data in real-time. In addition to analytical style reporting, project Net Justice offers you the ability to post positive articles about you, your services, your products and your company through several social and business PR driven sites tied to a network of portals that focus more on the good things companies have to offer. The interface is also equiped with a suite of tools and resources that can possibly help you better understand your rights and can also direct you to a community of professionals that may be able to provide viable solutions.

Project Net Justice is currently in beta version and on an invite only basis. It is not intended for companies that have a long and on-going history with poor customer service, fraudulent claims, or unethical business practice.
