Favicon.ico
Favicons come in the .ico extension and are also called
favorites icon, short icon, and web page icon. Favicon.ico
is the file that makes that little picture (icon)
within the address bar show up. It’s a 16 pixel
X 16 pixel custom image that can be made in Photoshop
with an additional plug-in.

Flash

technology allows developers to create everything

Flash Plug-in
The Macromedia Flash plug-In is proprietary software
that comes with most web browsers; it allows you
to view software and content created through Flash
Development. The plug-in is easily downloadable by
Googling "Flash Download" or visiting the
Adobe.com website.
Flow Chart (Web Design)
A web design Flow Chart is used and created by the
web designers/developers; allowing a written/structured
diagram of how your website will evolve or be lay
out. It is a valuable tool for larger website projects
and provides the smooth work flow for all designers
and developers involved.

The footer of a web page is the very bottom part of

a user-friendly view or graphicaly enhanced version of web pages. If you ever
view the "page source" of a website through your web browser you
will probably see confusing characters, but this markup is used to make the
page.

For your website to viewable by others it needs to
be hosted by a server. Web hosting comes equiped
to translate your website files into its intended
viewable format. You can also consider hosting as
leased or owned land for your home; It generally
provides a storage for your site files.
