1. Domain Name

name is the .com, .net, .org, etc. of your
web address. If you will be hosting your site with
Vegas Graphics, you will need access to the domain
registrar account of the domain name in order make
necessary changes.
2. Web Hosting
Web
hosting is server space that will store the websites
files so that it will be viewable to the worldwide
web. If you chose Vegas Graphics host your site,
we will take care of the setup, maintenance, and
support based on the web hosting plan you chose.
3. Copy for Site
Do you have text for your website? Website writing
is key to capturing and keeping not only customers
but search engines, so make sure you have good copy
for your website. Inquire within our company to find
a copywriter that’s right for you.
4. Maintenance Plan
Do you want future website changes done by us or
will you prefer to update the site yourself. Some
people have the time to maintain content for their
website and others are to busy. It’s necessary
to let your web designer know, before the project
starts because not all websites are built with
CMS. Vegas Graphics also offers very reasonable web
maintenance rates.
5. Images and Video
Any existing video or images you may have for the
website should be communicated with your web
designer.
Vegas Graphics can convert most video into internet
streaming formats. Videos can be as long as 20
min. however keep in mind the larger the video
the higher resources your hosting plan will need.
6. Existing Branding
You may have an existing image or style and want
to keep flow. No problem, just send us any creative
you may already have and we will work in harmony.
